Obby Ranks ranks Roblox obby players by their hardest achievements. This page explains what the site stores, who can see it and how to get it removed. Obby Ranks is run by community volunteers and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.
What we store
| Information | Where it comes from | Who can see it |

| Region, device, bio and YouTube link | You. Region and device can also come from the Obby Ranks spreadsheet. | Everyone |
| Public video links on your records | You or staff | Everyone, once the record is approved |
| Raw footage links, notes, how far you got and your difficulty opinion on submissions | You or staff | You and staff. How far you got on an approved PB is public. |

Signing in uses Roblox's own sign-in page. We never see your Roblox password, and we only ask Roblox for your basic profile. We use your access token once during sign-in and don't keep it.
Players on the original spreadsheet may have a ranking here without ever signing in. If that's you, you can claim it or ask us to remove it.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both needed for sign-in. One keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The other protects the sign-in process and lasts up to 10 minutes. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell your information or show ads.
Other services involved
- Roblox handles sign-in and hosts avatar images.
- Render hosts the site in the United States and keeps server logs, which can include IP addresses.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you load a page.
- Discord is where rank changes are posted automatically, with the player's name, region flag, achievement and rank.
- YouTube and other video sites host proof videos and channels you link to. We only store the links, and those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Sign-ins expire after 30 days. Everything else stays until it's removed, because rankings are a long-running record. Removed data can stay in disk backups for up to seven days. Messages already posted on Discord stay there unless staff delete them.
Removing your data
To correct or remove your information, ask staff on the Obby Ranks Discord server. We may ask you to prove the account is yours. Removal deletes your stored details, your submissions, your proof links and your account link, removes you from the changelog, and takes your ranking off the site. You can change your region, device, bio and YouTube link yourself under Edit profile at any time.
Children
You must be 13 or older to sign in. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through sign-in. If you believe a child under 13 has signed in or submitted information, or you're a parent or guardian who wants a child's information removed, contact staff on the Obby Ranks Discord server and we'll remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
